Nevertheless, in this message, Norton shared how the Bible reveals that we were made to be in community with other people. In Genesis 1 and 2, the Bible says that humans were not made to be alone. The creation account records that God made Eve for Adam–so that humans would have one another to do life together. The creation account also reveals that we were made in God’s image and likeness. And since God is mysteriously a community of people himself–Father, Son, and Holy Spirit–we bear his image best when we live life in community with others.
