Easter at New Denver Church

Easter services are on April 5 at 8:30 and 10 am—just like a typical Sunday, but fuller, more vibrant, and centered on the joy of celebrating Jesus’ resurrection.

Families

If you have kids and plan to use our NDC Kids environments, we strongly encourage you to register them in advance using the button below. If a space fills up, you’re welcome to join the waitlist and we’ll follow up with you. And as always, our Easter services are family-friendly—kids are absolutely welcome to join you in the service.

Parking

If our parking lot fills up, you can find street parking along Bonnie Brae Blvd and in the surrounding neighborhood. ADA parking spaces are available at the back of our lot, closest to the ramp entrance of the church.

Good Friday Gathering

NDC’s Good Friday gathering is April 3 at 7:30 pm.

This gathering is a quiet, reflective service that remembers the day Jesus was crucified.

If you’ve never experienced it before, it can feel very different from a typical Sunday. The tone is more somber and intentional. There’s often dim lighting, slower music, moments of silence, and readings that walk through the story of Jesus’ final hours. Instead of celebration, the focus is on grief, sacrifice, and the depth of God’s love shown through the cross.

It’s not meant to leave you feeling heavy for the sake of it, but to create space to pause, reflect, and sit with the reality of what happened before Easter. And in many ways, it makes the joy of Easter feel even more meaningful.

You don’t have to know what to expect or do anything special—just come as you are and experience it.
