This retreat offers an opportunity to disconnect from the busyness of life, enjoy the beauty of nature, experience community with others, and embrace some intentional practices that reconnect your soul with God.\nThis trip is open to experienced backpackers as well as beginners with limited experience. The total hiking length is about 12 miles. The primary requirements are that you be in good physical health and commit to preparing for the trip ahead of time.
