Learn to cook a “Fabulous Fall Harvest” dinner with professional chefs at the Stir Cooking School! The menu is a Baby Kale Salad with Candied Macadamia Nuts, Orange Segments, & Tarragon Vinaigrette, a Yukon Gold & Turnip Gratin with Gruyere Cheese, a Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Apple Chutney, and a Triple Chocolate Dried Cherry Bread Pudding.
A discounted price of $50 per person. (Classes usually run $85 – $90 per person.) There is also a bar area, so bring some cash if you care to pair your dish with a drink.
