When you think of church, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? A building with pews, a choir in robes, a preacher spouting “hell, fire & brimstone”? Is this an accurate picture, or is church supposed to be something different? Join us as we consider the earliest understanding of “ecclesia,” the church. And, hopefully, as a result, we’ll discover a new way of thinking about the church, and maybe we’ll even stop going to church.
