Leadership Development Program Application

Welcome to the New Denver Church Leadership Development Program (LDP) application! The Leadership Development Program consists of a 9-month leadership commitment and opportunity (August – May). The LDP is designed to be a leadership journey that combines hands-on experience in a key area of ministry with practical leadership training. Each LDP staff is expected to spend time working in a specific area of ministry and participating in leadership trainings.

Please note that this application will take between 30-45 minutes to complete. Please set aside some time to complete the application in one sitting.
