This month, we’ll be partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver (1300 E. 21st Ave, Denver, CO 80205). The RMH offers a loving home-away-from-home to families needing to be near their seriously ill or injured children while they’re being treated at metropolitan area hospitals. To assist these families, we’ll be buying/making, prepping, serving and eating meals with the residents for all three meals on Sunday, August 8. We can bring up to seven people per meal, with no age limits.
For each shift, the group should provide the meal in its entirety. Groups can bring restaurant or catered food, or prep and cook it in the RMH kitchen. Feel free to be creative or prepare your own family favorites! If you’re interested in leading one of the shifts to coordinate food preparation, please note this when you sign up.
