Life Together

January 1, 2010

Humans are relational beings. We were made to work, live, celebrate, and even mourn together. But in the twenty-first century, genuine community remains elusive. It is easier than ever to connect with others through email, text messages, Twitter, and Facebook, but we have little time for more than that. Most of us scarcely even know our own neighbors. And church often consists of showing up once a week for a handshake and polite conversation, then returning to our “normal” lives. It begs the question: What does it mean to live in community? Join us this January for a special series on doing life together.

Starting in January we will meet on the first, third, and fourth Sundays of every month at 5:00pm at Hope Community Church. For more details about our worship services see our Sundays@NDC page.
