Shift, Part 4 – Providence or Coincidence?

November 17, 2009

Shift1This week we will wrap up our Shift series. In this series we’ve explored how we all pursue purpose, identity, success, and contentment and how a simple shift in perspective might change our direction. We all look at the circumstances of our life and make decisions based on how we believe life operates. Are the events of our lives in our control and determined by coincidence or is there a God providentially ordering and directing us? In this last week Stephen will look at the first chapter of Philippians to see how Paul’s experience caused him to shift his perspective on the circumstances of his life.
