Community Gathering on Sunday

We just wanted to remind you that this Sunday, August 2nd is the first Sunday of the month, and New Denver Church will come together at 6:00pm at Hope Community Church for our monthly Community Gathering. We are continuing our Summer School series this week as we look at difficult questions that we face as Christians. Stephen and Jason will be team teaching this week, and Mark Hallock will be joining us again to lead worship. Childcare will be provided for preschool children.
We also wanted to let you know about something very special we’ll be doing this week at the Community Gathering. New Denver Church is partnering with the Denver Department of Human Services (DDHS) to provide school supplies for foster, homeless, and underprivileged kids across the metro area. Here’s how you can help – between now and Sunday, purchase some school supplies from the list provided by DDHS, bring them with you to the Community Gathering, and we will collect them all and deliver them for you. We will also be taking an offering on Sunday, and 100% of the money raised will go toward this effort. We hope you’ll join us in sending some kids back to school with the supplies they need to succeed.
Dinner for 8

On Saturday, July 18th we’d like to invite you to dinner! On that evening friends from New Denver Church will be gathering in homes around the city to share dinner together. All you have to do is sign up using the RSVP form below, and we’ll connect you with a dinner group near you. If you enjoy hosting, just let us know when you sign up that you’re willing to host a dinner group, and we’ll follow up with you with more details.
Also, this is a great opportunity to invite friends or neighbors. If you’d like to invite someone to attend a dinner group with you, simply note the total number of people attending with you in the RSVP when you register.
